Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta – Easy & Delicious!
Ingredients:
- 200g fettuccine pasta
- 250g chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 200ml cooking cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta – Boil the pasta in salted water for about 8–10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the chicken 🐔 – In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they’re golden and fully done.
3. Add the cream – Pour the cooking cream into the pan with the chicken and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
4. Cheese and seasoning – Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
5. Combine pasta – Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix everything well so the pasta is nicely coated.
6. Serve – Plate it up and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
